Deliver Campus Ministry programming, which develops and coordinates diverse groups of religious and spiritual student leaders with the rest of the Mission and Ministry team.

Support the growth and development of Siena Serves, the umbrella term for service opportunities in and around Siena Heights.

The Associate Campus minister should encourage and implement the development and delivery of Siena Serves opportunities for faculty, staff, and students.

Animation of the Dominican charism with faculty, staff, and students through education, programing, and storytelling including but not limited to SHU Heritage project, Dominican Young Adults, and the Dominican Preaching in Action Conference.

Oversees print and digital communications material including Campus Ministry fliers, content management, and design for the website and corresponding social media. Help with leadership and faith development of Campus Ministry Scholars.

Serves on University committees as appropriate.

Educating, Equipping, and Advocating for the Practice of Higher Education Ministry

Performs other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job. Must have knowledge of Catholic Tradition, mainline Protestant and non-denominational traditions, and of the principles of ministry. Must have the ability to address large groups of people and to effectively communicate and educate on issues pertinent to Catholic and ecumenical values and traditions.

Must have leadership ability as well as the ability to work among a diverse ecumenical team. Interfaith Competency is a significant desire. Two years of professional ministerial experience in a campus, parish, or other ministry type environment is preferred.
